Remote Refresh Design

We design, you order, you install.

So what exactly does that mean?

Well, the Remote Refresh Design Fee gets you a floor-plan and furniture layout of your space, delivered to you in a Wecora folder along with one set of selections for furniture, decor, and accessories—which you can either decide to purchase via a mixture of traditional retailer links and our shopping partner SideDoor, or take them as inspiration and shop something similar.

Within the folder we will include detailed notes about installation. For example, one comment on a rug might be: "The area rug should be centered in the room between the dining room wall and window wall... ideally 6" off from the face of the TV cabinet."

Starts at $2,500 based on room type and size.

How Remote Refresh Design Works

Designed to provide you with the design direction you need.

  • Design Concept

    We will start with a virtual design consultation and design questionnaire so we can get clear on your priorities, style and take a tour of your space.

    Once you provide detailed dimensions and photos of the room, we will develop a layout that makes use of the existing space—and any existing furniture— and a design direction - in terms of mood - for the space that reflects your life and style.

    Note: If you live in the LA area you can have us come and measure and photograph for you ($350 additional fee).

    Once we have all the above, we can establish and agree on the type of pieces needed to complete the design and confirm the investment level required to meet the functionality and aesthetic you desire.

    You will have a week to provide any revisions.

  • Design Development

    We will now start designing! We may ask you to clarify a dimension or two, but otherwise you won’t hear from us for 2-4 weeks. Once ready, we will provide you with a design board showing the finishes, furnishings, lighting, plumbing, anything that you need to turn your house into a home. We will present a space that fits the budget we agreed so you don’t need to sweat the details just enjoy your unique design.

    You will have a week to provide any change requests for your included single round of revisions. Additional rounds of revisions available for a fixed fee.

  • Design Summary

    Before we part ways, we will send you, via your Wecora folder, a design summary with notes, a SHOPPABLE Style List with all your furnishings links, drawings (if needed), and any installation notes.

    You can then buy those items directly via the links, or take them as inspiration and shop something similar.

    Follow up support, includes one 20-minute call a month later to discuss any outstanding questions and see how you are getting on.

    Note: This service does not include installation services, even if you paid for in-home measure and documentation services.
