Let’s spend some time together… with our Designer-By-Your-Side package

Following your Design Consultation we will have discussed the estimated amount of time (15, 20 or 25 hours) needed to complete your project. Please select from the hourly packages below to get started. Extra time can be purchased at a later date in smaller increments if needed to complete your project.

Please note the following Key Terms & Conditions

Use it or lose it! Must use within 6 months. No refunds for unused time.

Time starts from date of first billed activity. While this time limit may sound harsh, believe me this will help you in the long run. In my experience, when design decisions drag out you will start to get confused/distracted and miss out on the fun aspect of the design process. Plus, the results will take longer. and we want our house to be a home now, right?

Time recorded in 15 min increments! Weekly time update with high level task list so you can keep track of your hours.

Reimbursable Expenses (if needed):

Product/Paint samples charged at cost.

Parking fees charged at cost if required for safety at site/showroom.

Drive time charged at 50% rate (capped at 1 hour per visit, whatever the traffic).

Trades/ Contractors/Consultants

You will contract directly with any and all architect(s), contractor(s) and/or consultant(s). I will be available to communicate design intent when requested. You understand and agree that I am not a contractor and I cannot provide any warranty or responsibility for their performance or services.

Purchasing of Furniture/Furnishings (if requested)

We will supply you with a one click shopping cart provided by our partner SideDoor and/or list of product links. Shop all at once, or item by item at your own pace. Items are delivered direct to your house, white glove service options available at checkout.

If you request any custom To-The-Trade items purchasing, receiving and delivery will be handled by Helena Hardman Home and provided in a written proposal with its own terms and conditions and submitted to you for approval and full payment before ordering. Please note management fees for purchasing usually run around 17% of product purchase price to include order management, receiving, inspection, storage and white glove delivery. Time for installation and styling can be purchased separately.

Once you have purchased your package, if needed, you will receive an email with a link to a design questionnaire. Please complete with any other decision makers.

Client Hours + Communications

My Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 4.00 pm. Excludes public holidays and 2 weeks over Christmas.
